Welcome to The Crossing HOA—we’re glad to have you as part of our community!

 

The Crossing is a neighborhood of approximately 187 homes in Lee’s Summit, known for its strong sense of community, well-maintained properties, and convenient location near shopping, dining, and top-rated schools. Our goal as an HOA is to preserve property values while fostering a friendly, connected neighborhood.

 
Trash & Recycling Service
Trash service is provided by Constable Sanitation, with pickup every Tuesday.

 

Please keep the following in mind:

• Set trash out the night before or by 7:00 AM on Tuesday
• Pickup may occur anytime between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Trash, recycling, and yard waste are collected by separate trucks at different times
• Weekly limit of 15 bags (or equivalent)
• One bulky item pickup per month (must be scheduled)

These guidelines help ensure efficient service for the entire neighborhood.

 
Architectural Review (ARC)

To maintain the overall appearance and consistency of the neighborhood, all exterior improvements require prior approval.

 

This includes projects such as:

• Fences, decks, patios
• Exterior paint or roofing
• Landscaping changes
• Playsets, basketball goals, and similar additions

Before starting any project:

This process ensures all improvements align with community standards and governing documents.

 
Community Pool
The neighborhood pool is not part of The Crossing HOA and is operated by a separate pool association.

The pool operates seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day and is managed by a volunteer board.
